  • All staff contracted and employed by the agency, including family day home educators and other adult residents in the home, must: 

    • provide a criminal record check, including vulnerable sector search, dated no earlier than six months prior to start of the contract or employment; and 
    • update their criminal record check, including vulnerable sector search, every three years.

     We have heard that the current Family Day Home Standards are not clear about which agency-related individuals are required to obtain a criminal record check with vulnerable sector search.
